Arrived promptly, set up couldn't have been easier and works better than expected

This thing is great! Heats up quick, stays hot throughout. It’s really more of a Steam Room experience than a sauna, but that’s ok by me. Overall, happy with my purchase.

Sauna was good until it just stopped working. Contacted customer service since it was under warranty and have been told “due to high demand they are working around the clock and will receive tracking info soon” waited almost two weeks and no response so I contacted again and they said there’s been shipping delays and can’t give me an exact time but could be 2-3 weeks but not for certain. I informed them that I’ve already waited a couple weeks and would like a refund and I can send the unit back. They give me the run around and won’t give a concrete answer when I will get replacement. Rather irritating if they can’t send replacement they should refund me

The product doesn't last. In less than a month two holes appeared in the flooring and the towel hook fitting broke right off. Per customer service, the 2-year warranty doesn't cover "wear and tear". Used it maybe 5 times....just terrible!!!

I’m extremely disappointed I bought my sauna box it took almost two months to arrive. And after only two uses the is completely cracked because it’s not built to withstand the high temperature when the water is boiling now I can’t use it I’m so mad I’ve sent emails no response

The Sauna Box was a great purchase! One of the best investments that I have made! Kind of snug for a 6’ 2” 200+ lb frame. The sauna chair included was ridiculously small. You should definitely make a model for 2 persons.

Sauna box kicks ass!! Worked way better than I would have thought! Can’t beat it for the price! 🤘🏻
