i love it. one of my best purchases on 2024

Was a little skeptical, but this is honestly above and beyond what i could ever have imagined. I am not someone confident in building things, even i was able to put this together without any issues. The produce is everything it says and better. I've already had two friends see it in person and purchase it themselves.

Still waiting on a replacement for a defective part. Used it once and have been waiting over a month. So disappointed.

Works amazing! take your time assembling, very light and sturdy 15 minutes will really give you a sweat. Best purchase I made all year.

Returned it the day I got it, before I had opened it at all. Box came completely demolished with components hanging out of it. I've experienced better customer service for sure. Was told to take photos and that I'd have to return and repurchase all over again regardless. Was also charged for return shipping. Shame.

A bit tricky to set up if you don’t follow the directions but, once complete, it’s so easy to use, maintain, and clean. Easy to get two people in there as well!

Tremendous product. Love it and really like how easy it is to control the heat settings. This model is the best.

I contemplated buying the SaunaBox for months. I watched YouTube reviews and finally decided to pay the $300 and try it (Black Friday and David Maus Jr code). It is completely worth it and then some. I love the sauna and steam room at my local gym and this has completely replaced it. I like to stand for about 20 mins at level 7. It’s in my garage and in winter I’d let it go a full 20 mins to warmup, but after that this thing is phenomenal. I actually moved houses and moved this with me, the movers ended up buying one after trying mine during move out day! For me it’s more similar to a steam room than a sauna. “Steam Box” might be more appropriate in my eyes but I get the idea. Definitely recommend. I’ll be buying some as gifts in 2025.
