I had my doubts about the heat and was proved wrong, the heat worked out great. I live in northern NY and have no issues with it getting hot enough to get a good sweat after a run at temps below freezing. The problem, however, the two front brackets on either side of the door punctured holes in the bottom of the saunas cover so, whenever I use the sauna there is a ton of water all over the ground around the sauna. This is irritating because I’ve only had it for slightly over a month and my sauna hasn’t moved.

I was skeptical as to whether Saunabox could heat up enough and provide a better experience than my gym sauna. Well, that is no longer a concern! Saunabox definitely brings the heat! Level 6 for 20-30 minutes is all I can take. Great product.

The ordering process was simple and the delivery was on time as stated. I have used the sauna 3 times per week in the past month and I am pleased with the system. I maintain a heating level of only 7 and it produces constant sweating for the duration of my 20 minute workout. I highly recommend the unit for those wanting a professional style sauna for a minimum cost.

The saunabox was never delivered. SB would alter my delivery address to fit a template, which confused delivery drivers, who tried and failed to deliver 4 times. So much time and energy was put into the communication and of nothing. Very disappointing,

I look so forward to starting my steamer and patiently waiting for my saunabox to warm up, knowing that for the next 20-30 minutes after I am able to step in and close the zipper, my body will be getting rid of toxins and my mind will be calming itself.

This Sauna is amazing!! I used to go to a high end fitness facility for their steam sauna and this is just as good! Even better as you have it all to yourself! If you are on the fence, make the investment! You will not be sorry!!

Burnt foot, it molds easily, excessive water retention with no bottom drains. Chair could be better. In and out process should be seamless but zippers tend to stick.

Gets super hot, more than impressed by the SaunaBox. Been using it 3+ times per week.
