I love my saunabox, it is made of high quality materials, it's gets SUPER HOT!!! I can't even handle anything above a level 4-5. So level 7 would be INSANE! My favorite part of it is the plastic opening that I use as a breathing hole (LOL) because I'm telling you... I would melt without it. It's simply too much. Saunabox delivers on their promise and I know you'd love yours just as I love mine. I had a problem early on where I needed to contact Sauna box for a minor defect that I noticed in the fabric upon receiving my shipment, and they sent me an entirely new replacement of the defected material portion. Their customer service is responsive and they back their product. I couldn't be more pleased! Purchase yours without hesitation, because you won't be disappointed.

Does not get hot enough. Even at Level 7 it does not get hot enough

I am completely satisfied with this Saunabox purchase. I have been using it 3 to 4 days a week for a month now and it does everything it should. Heats up quickly, gets very hot, no toxic smells, and has very sturdy construction. I would recommend Saunabox to everyone. Especially for folks who live in cold and dry winter environments like myself. It's -2 outside but 120 in Saunabox!!

I love having my sauna box next to my cold plunge. I sit in my sauna box in the am then after hiking in the pm I sit in cold tub and sauna box. Let's Go!

We have greatly enjoyed the Saunabox. We had an issue with our unit not producing steam after a couple of months, but Saunabox sent us a new unit for no extra cost. The new unit has been working great, and we enjoy how hot it gets, even in the cold temperatures.

The ordering process was seamless and the set up of the unit is user friendly and easy with the instructions included in the box and the video. It took me all of 20 minutes to get it up and running.
