I purchased the SaunaBox Solara last month. I have been extremely happy with the purchase. The sauna gets plenty hot and feels like it is very well designed. It was easy to put together and set up in less than an hour. I think the biggest reason for coming here to leave a review was the fact that their customer service seemed top notch! I used their text feature prior to buying it and I was linked directly with a human. They replied back within minutes of me texting. The woman on the other end was named Nicole, and she was so helpful with answering any questions I had. Being my first sauna purchase, I could not be happier! Thank you SaunaBox and thank you Nicole!

I'm a return customer for Saunabox (previously purchased PulsePRO Sauna, returning for PlungePRO), so I already trusted the brand going in. That being said, this meant I had questions about my previous purchase and current order and NICOLE easily handled every question I sent her way about warranties, dimensions, shipping, and support. Support staff like Nicole take me from just trusting a product, to actively promoting a brand that understands even a solid product needs amazing customer support to complete the package. I'm already looking forward to upgrading my sauna once I have the space for a two-person model.

Nicole is fantastic.She was very responsive and helpful with the process of picking out which sauna was right for us. She answered my questions and listened to any concerns. Very excited to get our SaunaBox 2 person!

I had a question early morning on a Sunday. Nicole responded quickly with great information which led to me upgrading my cold plunge purchase. I have enjoyed my saunabox products and the companies support anytime I needed.

I’ve been sitting with the idea of purchasing the Solara for a few weeks now. We decided to bite the bullet and purchase it with the help of Nicole. Nicole was very accommodating, answered all of our questions and encouraged us to contact her, should we have any issues setting up or further questions about it. I’m still waiting for it to arrive, but we’re excited to use it!!

I was on the fence on buying or waiting doubling down on research. Then Nicole hit me up with a message. After a few back and forth messages I was convinced. The following day I placed my order for a 1 person solara. Today Nicole reached out to me. Not knowing I placed my order. And came through for me again. Looking into my order status and giving me shipping information. 100% appreciated. If sauna is half the customer service this far going to be great product

I texted the customer service number so I could get some specific questions answered. They were so quick and helpful and provided clear answers for all of my questions and concerns. Ended up buying the SmartSteam pro and can’t wait for it to arrive!

I wanted to update my original review because I believe it is just as important to recognize when a company steps up and makes things right. After my initial experience with two failed chillers and a frustrating customer service process, Sean, one of the co-owners of Saunabox, reached out to me personally. He took the time to understand what had happened, acknowledged that my situation should have been handled differently, and ultimately followed through with a reimbursement. I am still left with two nonworking chillers, so I can’t overlook the reliability issues I experienced with that particular product. However, I have to give Sean and Saunabox credit for taking ownership of the situation and making it right. His direct communication and willingness to personally address my concerns significantly changed how I feel about the company. I also own the Saunabox sauna and have been extremely happy with it. It has worked wonderfully, and it is a product I feel comfortable recommending to others. Products can fail, but how a company responds when they do says a lot. While I hope Saunabox continues to improve the reliability and support of its chiller systems, I greatly appreciate Sean stepping in, listening, and ultimately doing the right thing. Based on how this was ultimately resolved, I am comfortable recommending Saunabox and especially their sauna.
