I loved how solid the Communication was from Nicole, as she helped me navigate through each and every question that I had through text, due to our schedule, and was always responsive to help me anytime of day or night. Although we worked together over a month trying to nail down the correct one, and get all the dimensions for our basement, we got it down, and made the order. Nicole was awesome!
