The Saunabox has been great. Easy set-up. Easy to start and maintain. The only criticism I have is that I am only able to get the temperature to 108 degrees. It is outside under a patio cover. Hopefully during the spring and summer months the saunabox will get hotter.

Great sauna! I've used it every day since I got it and it's fantastic.

Operationally speaking it works great - the App needs some work, hopefully they can fix some issues there. Overall we have thoroughly enjoyed our experiences in the Sauna Box.

The heat is easily adjustable, allowing to customize the experience based on what feels best that day. Nice that you can enjoy a spa-like experience in the comfort of your own home. The quality is high—materials are sturdy and durable, and the design is sleek and modern, fitting perfectly in my space. It's super easy to use, heats up quickly, and provides consistent heat throughout the time in the sauna. Chair that comes with the sauna is a welcome benefit. Could probably fit two chairs in the unit if desired to relax with someone. Do need to be cognizant of the steam unit inside the sauna as it is super hot (obviously). Found placing the chair overtop decreases the chance of touching with your foot or leg. Clean-up has been a breeze, too. Using a dehumidifier next to the unit after each use, which helps quickly dry up the moisture. I give it a quick wipe-down once a week, and it stays in perfect condition. I’ve noticed an improvement in my muscle recovery after workouts, and my skin has been feeling softer and more refreshed. Plus, the convenience of having a sauna right at home means I can unwind anytime without needing to leave.

I love using my Sauna Box. I use it almost every night. It is affordable and efficient to say the least. I’ve bought 2 additional ones for close friends. They both love them. I cannot recommend Sauna Box enough!! I know this because my wife tells me to stop talking about it so much.

The product did not meet expectations. I used it 2 times and the boiler stopped heating. I’ve been waiting for the company to send me a mailing label so I can return the item. I am sympathetic to the fires in LA and I’m sure that contributes to the delay; but for Pete's sake send me a label so I can ship it back! It’s been nearly 3 weeks.

I bought it for my husband for Christmas. It is his favorite gift. In it DAILY!!!!!!

I was a bit skeptical at first, but I actually love it. The biggest thing I’ve noticed is that I’m sleeping better since using the Saunabox. It also feels great to sit in the warmth, in the comfort of my own home, when it’s so cold outside. In addition, I feel like it helps me unwind and de-stress at the end of the day.
