I chose the 2 carat diamond studs. I don’t know if I love the studs or the packaging more. Absolutely beautiful and the studs sparkle like stars.

The material is beautiful and the craftsmanship is very good. Love rhe stones! Unfortunately i‘ve ordered a slightly to large ring - my fault. But honestly as a person caring about the environment i do not need (or want) that much of packaging; E.g. don’t need that box with a light. I would like to suggest that this extra packaging should be a free of charge option of choice (i understand if it should be a present).

The "30 Day No-Hassle, 100% Satisfaction-Guaranteed Refund Policy" is not really the case.... Sateur will not let me return the ring for a refund. Be aware that they say you HAVE TO email them the day of the purchase to be able to return the item. I have never worn it - it doesn't look right with my wedding and engagement ring. I email the day I received the ring, but because I ordered a 6 1/2 and it actually is a 6 1/2, they won't let me return for a refund. Be aware - once they have your money they will not give it back unless you go to a jeweler and prove the ring size is not what you ordered. Forget if you just don't like it... you are out of luck.

This is the second piece we buy from Sateur. We are customer from the very beginning. No need to spend thousands of dollars on real diamonds when no one sees the difference. Now delivering unique pieces, this brand has grown a lot.

The company masters marketing. But that's all there is to it. The products are not what they promise. The necessary certificates are missing, the stamps are misleading, the claims are wild but in no way convincing. They work with voucher tricks of the cheapest kind. And recently with a "monthly subscription". If you want to pay too much for average products, this is the right place for you. The customer service is actually non-existent, as with so many of these "modern" providers with dazzling images and useless digital assistants. Sending something back fails simply because it is practically impossible to get a reliable return address. Just because it's orange doesn't mean it's Hermes. So to speak.

I was quite impressed when I received my earrings. I put them next to my 3/4 carat diamond earrings and again I was impressed. Wish you offered a marquises diamond ring!

That company is scamming people with the ship offers, if you buy it , you won't be able return your item if you don't like it . Beside if the say that earring made from silver, there is no stamp of 925 and lab growing diamond should come with certificate of authenticity about cut, color, clarity and carat weight. there is nothing of that come with your order, and if you will try to return that , well good luck ... I have no idea who write a review of being satisfied with their service or product.... That is scam
