Poor quality. Stone fell out after wearing twice. I sent a picture and requested refund, they Refused. They told me to post back and then would charge me $28 dollars to send another ring. Why would I purchase a ring of poor quality. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Very "lengthy and time consuming"return or exchange process, in their own words. Really dulls the experience.

Received my Persian blue ring and it's absolutely stunning.

Excellent quality ring. Customer service was responsive and helpful for a shipping problem I encountered. Ring was beautiful and at a very good price.

Second time I ordered. First experience was great. This time not great. The ring I received was too large. Requested an exchange. Sent pictures and multiple emails. They wanted me to go to a jewelry store to get my finger measured to prove my ring size; really?! Now customer service is ignoring me. Good luck. If anything goes wrong with your purchase, you’re out of luck.

I am very happy with my purchases from Satéur, although the delivery took longer than expected. I can highly recommend the jewellery that they make and have already ordered additional pieces.

The delivery was fast and the earrings look very posh and glamorous. I will buy their ring in my next purchase!
