One month after ordering no package has arrived. No tracking information has been provided, even after requesting it. You would assume that tracking would be included with the shipping confirmation email given the value of what was ordered, but that's not the case here. Instead, they send you numerous advertising emails, sometimes multiple in a day teasing you with all kinds of coupon codes of other purchases you could make, but when it comes to the one you're actually waiting for I've gotten nothing but silence.

The earrings I received looked cheap and looked ridiculous on my ears. I emailed the company and asked for a refund but because I purchased them on sale they were only willing to give me store credit after paying for shipping to return the earrings and a $20 restocking fee. I don't want anything this company sells, it's all garbage you can buy on Amazon for a fourth of the cost. Please do not buy anything from here. It's a scam. Once they have your money you won't get it back.

I own a lot of real diamonds but I hardly wear them due to fears I will lose them. Sateur Jewelry is so beautiful they shine as bright as my real diamonds. So far, I have purchased two earrings and one necklace. I wear them daily. I am telling all my friends about it. Thank you Sateur! cg.

Came sooner than expected looks amazing packaging and the jewelry itself was phenomenal. I would recommend them any day!

I have bought from here a couple of times and have found customer service to be polite in correspondence but unhelpful if you are wanting to return an item if it unwanted, products are nice but I won't be buying from here again

Throughout the whole process I was informed what was happening with my order and how soon I would receive my order. It just felt like they really care about their customers.
