Hello Linda! Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback and we hate that you feel this way. We offer a free automatic payment option to eligible customers, known as Auto Pay. Your account must be current in order to be eligible for Auto Pay. Your monthly payments will be automatically deducted from your personal checking or savings account and credited to your account by the payment due date.  To check to see if you are eligible for Auto Pay, Login or Register for MyAccount by clicking here https://myaccount.santanderconsumerusa.com/login. Once logged in: 1. Select Set Up Auto Pay 2. Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your payment details and schedule your payments Note: The system will default to drafting your regular scheduled monthly payment on your due date. If you would like to have Auto Pay draft an amount higher than your regular monthly payment amount, then uncheck the “Always pay regular monthly payment amount” box and enter a custom payment amount in the “Payment Amount” field that appears.
