Worst customer service every time I call they just say call us after few days and we’ll give you result and no one even speak English perfectly and always having problem with their PROTOCALL they can’t do this or that so please if anybody leasing car with them please don’t or else you will regrade

I'm paying more interest than what my…
I'm paying more interest than what my car is worth and my credit score is as credit karma would say fair, I shouldn't be penalized for being a first time buyer with a fair credit score. Currently looking to get out of this loan because that's straight up robbery

The Agent that spoke with me was very… Excellent
The Agent that spoke with me was very courteous during the complete call which lasted around 7 minutes. I called to double check my payment date I requested for later date each month that coincided with my funds. I did not want any issues with my Auto pay. All Is good ready to go. The agent made everything easy I received my answer. Said goodbye. I would recommend if you are shopping for a loan to check out SanTander Financial Best Regards,

UPDATE with Santander Consumer USA
UPDATE: August 18, 2026. I have been contacting Santander and you hold on 30 minutes and then they hang up. I just wanted assurance that they would take all 3,000 of my back payment and not give me the car back. As I previously stated I NEED the car to attend my doctor’s visits which are numerous. I am paying the money now, and I pray that they won’t back stab me. I have had a problem securing employment because my disability requires accommodations.

This website is terrible.
This website is terrible. Everytime I need to do something is a stress. I am trying for days to setup autopay on a loan and there is no way to do it.

I need your help with one of my claims…
I need your help with one of my claims through my insurance that was paid to you, and I would like to reach you , not on the debt collection phone, They do not have the knowledge, So do yall have an email address , My account has been locked for months so they couldn't help there either, So I've been with you since 2022 , Also another claim I have but have not received early 2026.Can you please help by not putting the phone number to debt collection,
