I was refi- not interested to other things. Had a pontiac. gas blew up my engine and I wasnt reimbursed by san diego shell station. tried to fix it- had to file ch7. they stole the car back the second the docs hit thier office--as the law requires i do. THIS IS ILLEGAL. then they and others, and the court all at once tried to jump down my throat saying the collections and repo was legit- even thought its against the law in america until a judge says so or you give up the right to make payments during ch7. If yu want to keep it- and can make payments, you have to be given that right. this company doesnt care and tried to rip me off for over 13K, I think half of that was owed on the car. LTV was ok- interest was sky high...but this THIS THIS THIS was too much. If they cant abide by bankruptcy laws- they need to go back to mexico and s america.

you can never trade your car ...too much bad equity !!!! ive been paying on mine 3 yrs . and still 6000 $ in bad equity ! time to get a attorney

Som alle de andre skriver er Santander et møj sted. De har ikke styr på en skid og bliver ved med at udskyde tingende og for folk til at være deres mellem mand mellem deres bank og deres hovedkontor.. De siger tit en ting og gør noget andet hvilket er fuckt up. 6 måneder efter min fars død er sagen stadig ikke afslutte også selvom de sagde de havde alle de papir de skulle bruge for at afslutte sagen. Men næh nej du nu skal vi til at grave indnu et papir frem.... de ringer ikke og indformere dig om sagen, man skal hele tiden presse dem, og ringe mindste gang i ugen for at få sagen til at køre. Jeg er gal i skralden, at jeg igen igen skal kontakte dem og se hvad Fu... vil nu og hvorfor fan de ikke har afslutte sagen som aftale.... Så hold jer væk fra dem ! Med mindre du elsker dårlig kundeservice og elendig behandling 👍

If you wanted to be treated like an idiot Got a text referring to my account as having an overdraft due to this not being on my account type, i elevated it to their customer support, along with the criminal lack of security when i use my card number. Then being told that i can't swear, and DONT SWEAR. But continuing this on and beginning to frustrate me and just waste away my life. DONT USE THIS BANK.

If you want to be talked down to and patronised then I highly recommend Santander Investment dept. I had a sum of money to invest and went for two meetings with a financial manager. A third meeting was arranged at which I was supposed to be advised what type of investment was best for me. The day before I received a call to say that they would not recommend any investment for me as they couldn't guarantee that there would be no loss of capital. I am not an idiot I know that. In their opinion I dont really understand my own finances. The only advice I received was to open an ISA. I wasnt referred to the savings dept or advised about ISAs. So I am left with a large sum of money sat in an account making no interest. They just wasted 3 weeks of my time. I suppose they will say this is responsible banking but I say I know my financial position better than they do. I also opened the 123 account time will tell if that was a good move.

Santander Torquay. I received the worst customer service ever in a branch. I asked them to change my address, they did it wrong put a different address and send the letters i needed to somebody else! Now they deny they did it! And I have to wait another 2-3 weeks because of their incompetence, they didn´t gave me a propper solution, they are not willing to send me an urgent letter. In summary: arrogant people not willing to help their customers at all. I am thinking about switching. The problem you see is nowadays nobody seems to really care about their customers, they act like robots. Santander: you should pay more attention in training your workers.

WORST BANK EVER Santander are nothing more that arrogant thieves, they closed my account after winning ombudsman case togate they still have not sent me out the counter cheque for the money they owe. new complaint opened with ombudsman total joke.

I am not even a customer of Santander but yet their automated system calls and texts several times per week looking for chasing a debt of someone i have never heard of. I have blocked about 5 of their numbers yet they seem to have loads of numbers they use and so the messages keep on coming. I have even reported it to my mobile provider but they said there isn't anything they can do.
