I'm a disabled veteran of USA ARMY. I paid 32k for a 2015 kia optima, they repossessed they car at 2am, no notice, noting. Its all fees. I talked to some kid in their customer service and he said just keep making your payments. We agreeed on new payment at $499 cause my new bank flags transactions over $500. It's all interest and I owe them 12k on the balance of the car. Total predator loan. How am I suppose to get to the VA medical appointments in NJ. I paid them every month the tow guy didnt want to see Santander account on my computer. I would not reccomend this company to any service member. They do what thye want.

Called up and was passed around 5 times to avoid anyone having to actually do their job and answer to me. Extreme bad attitudes on staff and just generally incompetence ( passing to wrong departments after I have tried to confirm, making incorrect notes on my account which other staff then read out, and mis informing me regarding the situation ). Wouldn’t have wrote a review but James in security is the best person who works for your company I’ve been with the bank 5 years and never spoke to someone who actually tried to help how he did. Thanks James have a good Christmas everyone else needs some basic customer service training, I work in a call centre and would be happy to offer training to your staff for free to avoid anyone experiencing that service again.

Just called customer services to ask a simple question some snotty Scottish girl couldn't get me off the phone quick enough she was awful. They are great at calling you when offering services though avoid!!

Banco malo, tuve muchos problemas con este banco. Su servicio es caro. Hace unos días mi cuenta fue bloqueada sin ningún motivo.

Absolutely a failure! Never waste your time on this bank & lender or whatever they offer. I have already written my review previously. After 4 months waiting they refused my mortgage application! For God’s sake, do you really think I wait for you and lose properties I want to buy? I lost first property because of their delay so I had to find another one. When I got my offer issued on the new property from another lender they called me and asked me if I want to go ahead with new property, So they offered me a lower rate so I said let’s try it again but luckily kept offer from another lender. They started same scenario and I honestly gave up with them this time and went through conveyance with the offer I had and it’s funny that after a month and right before contract exchange they got back to me refusing my application. A wise man shouldn’t be bitten from same snake! Don’t get fooled by their low rate offer it’s just a TRAP!

Anfrage wegen einem Kredit auf der Homepage - Kreditsummte € 3.000,--. Nach 5 Wochen noch immer keine Antwort auf meine Anfrage hinsichtlich Kredit. Kein Muh..oder.. Mäh!!! Tolles Kundenservice. Könnte sich zwischen dem miesen Kundenservice von ÖBB und Austrian Airlines einreihen. Kann nur jeden abraten hier eine Geschäftsbeziehung einzugehen.
