I started working for a new company and was paid on Friday - Santander stopped the payment from going into my account as they say its for legal reasons they need to check its not a scam or fraud - no one contacted me about this I only found out when I went to pay for something and was told I had insuffient funds in my account!! After speaking to 3 people - all unhelpful - the last one a manager seemingly told me I still had access to my savings and could use them until they legal team investigated - MY MONEY COMING INTO MY ACCOUNT!!!! I cannot see anything anywhere on the terms and conditions of my account that you would actually stop a payment coming into my account - leaving me with no money!!! You should be ashamed that you have left someone on a bank holiday with no money in their current account - and when asked what I would have done if no savings - I was told well we would have looked at giving to an overdraft!!! I have no actual words that I can put on this review on how I feel about Santander - apart from you have lost a customer!!

Bei dieser Bank geht leider überhaupt nichts mehr Abrechnungen dauern Wochen Wahrscheinlich Homeoffice oder mal wieder Urlaub Verantwortliche Personen sind leider nicht erreichbar oder wollen nicht erreichbar sein

My wife spent £50 online shopping on Thursday 10th August. Soon afterwards we discovered that the site was a scam. She contacted Santander the next morning and explained the situation and were amazed to discover the money back in our account on Saturday 12th August. All I can say is a big thank you to Santander for getting our money back.

seit Wochen versuche ich Kontaktaufnahme mit der Bank, da ich nicht mehr mit der VisaKarte bezahlen kann, fehlanzeige! auch überweisung Online auf ein anderes Konto nicht möglich: maximalbetrag 0€. sobald ich mein Geld von diesem Konto weg habe kommt die Schere und macht dem Santander Spuk ein Ende. Absolute Frechheit, was die sich erlauben!

Contraté un seguro de hogar con Santander , sólo les reclamé una visita porque me salió una grieta y quería únicamente información profesional no quería que la arreglaran , no pusieron interés , sólo la ponen a la hora de contratar clientes a los que engañar , siempre son excusas que si esto no incluye , o las tuberías son muy antiguas , de lo peor lo peor.... Y para la no renovación también con problemas se dan por no notificados y es imposible contactar por tlf . Cualquier otro seguro es infinitamente mejor , no se dejen engañar por estos impresentables

Schade das man einen Stern geben muss und nicht -10 geben kann. Meine Frau und ich wollten ein Schlafzimmer kaufen (4500 €). Die Santander bietet eine 0,0% Finanzierung an und das wollten wir nutzen. Wir verdienen relativ gutes Geld, haben weder Schulden noch eine schlechte Schufa. Nach 3 Versuchen haben wir es dann gelassen. Beim 3. Versuch haben wir es sogar mit einer Anzahlung in Höhe von 1500 € probiert. NICHTS !!! Santander ist für mich abgeschrieben. Werbung die ich ab jetzt von der Santander per Post erhalte, schicke ich mit unfrei - "Gebühr bezahlt Empfänger" als Paket zurück das noch mit Sand beschwert wird. Ungewollte Mails werden sofort der Bundesnetzagentur gemeldet. Ich bin so stinkesauer ... aber da bin ich wohl nicht der Einzigste
