Hold times are terrible !!! Is said wait time under 2minutes and two and half hrs later still on hold than I opt for the call back and that was THREE weeks ago and still no call back this is insulting bs

As a friendly reminder, Sana is an all-access plan, which means that we don’t charge out-of-network fees because we believe you should be able to see any provider you want. If your preferred provider doesn’t show up in our search, no problem! In this case, you can invite them to join Sana. I've gone ahead and listed out the steps on how you can Invite your Provider below: How to request a provider: 1. Sign in to your Sana account and click Find a Doctor (https://secure.sanabenefits.com/find-a-doctor) 2. See if your provider is already in our system 3. Next to your search results, you'll see the option to Invite a Provider 4. Complete our new form 5. Sana will contact the provider to explain Sana and confirm access 6. We'll email you once you're all set (Note: It helps our team move things along faster if you already have an appointment scheduled.) Also, I wanted to provide some information about the Sana Pay Card that we offer Sana members as an additional benefit for situations when you find a provider and are not wanting to bill Sana and make you pay out of pocket. After our first year with SANA, we were not offered a renewal. We did expect an increase in premium, which we would have gladly absorbed, as we had a few employees actually use their benefits which created a shortage over premiums. We did not expect to not even be considered for renewal and were disappointed that we had to leave what we considered to be an absolute asset to our employees and their benefits package. That said, we would still recommend SANA, especially to small businesses and those having a somewhat younger demographic in their workforce. They are what other insurance companies should and could be. Efficient, pay structure to providers is quick and I had many compliments about the ease of verifying benefits. The ease of use for our employees and their interaction with customer service or prior authorizations was refreshing. The premiums to our company blew away the competition, we only wish we had had the opportunity to continue with SANA and believe they offer superior benefits for employees and employers alike.
