I would say terrible customer service, but thday would mean that you would have to have someone to speak to wich there aren't

I would never buy jewelry from here anymore. I ordered a customized name plate for my daugter 16th birthday, first it was much smaller and very thin for $122 then it appeared on the website 2nd it did not come with a necklace which was not stated on the website so now I have to go to different stores to pay more money to get a special necklace to put on the name plate. Which I have not been able to find yet

I wanted to get my "retro" watch refurbished. An old, good quality Swiss made wind up watch. Accepted their quote and got the job done. It had to be returned after a few months as it would not keep time. The same fault occurred again just after the guarantee was up. I was then quoted a price twice that of the original job. When I questioned this their response was "we do not set the prices". However they did supply the guarantee. The watch is now back in the draw. Very disappointing experience. I couldn't honestly recommend them for this kind of work
