My friend bought a necklace for Christmas for me. The chain broke and they said they didn’t do repair though recommended someone up the street in Chatham. The other company did put a ring in but it broke again recently. Assistant at Samuels said chain was not covered under warranty only the heart for the necklace. The chain is weak and they didn’t want to know. Surely in a High Street Jewellers anything should be guaranteed at least a year. Not helpful. What is the point of buying anything from there if customer service not dependable.

I loved samuels when I bought my wife’s engagement ring, but this last purchase experience was horrible. I bought a pair of diamond earrings but they weren’t the size I wanted. When I tried to set up an exchange where I was will to pay $1000 more no one was willing to help me. Smh not the experience I expected

In less then 12 hours one of the diamonds fell out.

THE SIZE OF THE GOLD KEY IS A LOT SMALLER THAN EXPECTED.

As I reviewed before on this item. The ring arrived bent. I had my husband take it to the Samuels store in Lake Charles LA to hav e it resized from 12 to 12 3/4 and they asked him how did it get bent. He told them it arrived that way from the online sales store. Hopefully we don’t get charged the resize.

Not user friendly. No updates when order was sent.
