Awesome - the technician went over and beyond expectations. He took time to explain everything to a technology impaired old woman with loads of patience. This young man, William Crock, is a true asset to your company. I don;t know about service yet; if the technician is an example of your overall service I am sure I will be pleased.

William and his associate was very knowledgeable and came in to our home and immediately inspected and installed the system and trained us on how to use the system. We felt very comfortable with both of them and appreciated their attention to detail. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

A little more instruction on phone use.

Well, I am disappointed by the way this was done. When I allowed your rep in I was under the impression that he was from Brinks to upgrade the panel and check batteries. I am older and this was all a bit overwhelming. Come to find out he is not from brinks. I haven’t liked Brinks service so it was OK but I felt taken advantage of. And I’m not sure that my contract with Brinks has expired. So I might be paying double a few months - is that why the $4.99 a month discount??? Sneaky. And deceptive. The young man that did the installation was very thoughtful and kind. He made sure I knew how to work everything. Him I would give 5 stars.

We had been with another alarm company for many years. Our system had not been upgraded in 30 years. When we did not get a call back from our alarm company we decided to call Safe Home. They were very prompt and had someone at our house the next day. They explained the system in detail and we found the pricing to be very competitive. Josh took care of us from beginning to end. System is very easy to learn and use even if you are tech challenged. Highly recommend.

Jason Potter and his assistant were top notch. Kept us in the loop during the entire process of what they were doing. We will be recommending these guys to anyone we know looking for an alarm system. The Norman’s

Fast and easy explanation on system

I really thought that this company would resolve issues that I had with my current security system. I could not have been more wrong. Let's just say that when I got in the morning after the system was installed and on-line, I found a motion detector on the floor and no notification was given. This made me very nervous and I canceled the service immediately. The weird part of my experience was when the techs came to take out the equipment. They parked across the street and came into my shop with out announcing their intent or introducing themselves. When one of the techs sneaked in the front door and started removing the console, I went out the the foyer area and asked him who he was and what he was doing. He did not acknowledge my presence and continued to remove the console. The rep, Todd, came in at that point and stood in the doorway. He mumbled something and the they both left.
