AJ, the person that sold me the system was great and explained everything. He set up the apps on my phone. I did ask for yard signs and when those were not delivered or sent, I did call the company and request those again.

The sales person, Gabriel, was misleading in his delivery...he said this program used to be offered only to Veterans here in the park but now the park has made it for all residents...in fact, this program is not endorsed or in any way connected to this park or this alarm system...he fabricated information and was trespassing which is not allowed here

Yes, they were very helpful and explained how everything worked. I just wished they would have come on a Monday or Friday. Wednesday was a little hectic because we have church at night. It's so nice that we have security cameras now. Thank you!
