The rep and tech were fine except the tech left the old sign and other trash in my garden bed instead of throwing it out for some reason

Three young gentlemen rescued me from a faulty and non-functioning alarm system by replacing it with a state-of-the-art alarm system, including a camera, three new smoke detectors and a special wristwatch to press in case I need medical attention. All of this for a reasonable monthly payment!

U guys don’t answer your customers questions. You keep your customers on the phone for a very long time waiting for an answer. it’s not right to charge your customers for paper statements for three dollars.
