Carefree, a great company
I just purchased a new RV from RV County in Laughlin Nevada. After I took possession of my RV, I realized the lower arm end cap was missing. I contacted Phil the salesman and Jeremy the sales manager, and they placed an order immediately at no cost to me. I received my item within five days from carefree. Upon installation to the awning I broke the cap. It was completely my fault. Carefree is going to replace the cap for me at no cost. Thank you Taylor at Carefree. Ralph

Get the right parts they will help
I did not know the correct parts I needed to repair my awning Taylor sent me pictures of where to look for the serial # I sent the information back to him within minutes he had the correct items I needed to order

I had to have a part for my awning and…
I had to have a part for my awning and needed it to be delivered to a PO Box. They said it would not be a problem. Very friendly and helpful people there.
