Received my item in less time than…
Received my item in less time than stated and was exactly what was needed to replace the original. I was able to download all the manuals and instructions needed from the QR code that came with it. All online transaction should go this well.

It seems to be taking forever to even…
It seems to be taking forever to even get my purchase in the shipping pipeline. After all this time, item is still awaiting shipment. Since we have not received the item, cannot comment on any other aspect of this purchase.

Response is quicker than I anticipated.
Response from customer service to help me decide what awning to order was exceptional. They were quick to respond and help with the information I needed to order. I ordered my awning and was amazed his fast it arrived. They kept me up to date on the status. Overall a perfect experience. Kudos to Carefree.

I needed to find a part for our camper awning
