It was easy to find the part I needed and I placed the order and it was shipped a few days later. No assle.

Right part, right price, excellent customer service

In all honesty, I don't know who to blame. Either UPS or RVcarefree because my order came in a torn box with most of the pieces missing. Unfortunately we have to get out of town this week and we really needed this part, and we needed it fast. So when I called to tell them my unfortunate situation, they assured me not to worry at all. The person on the phone which right now I don't remember his name, told me just to expect a new shipment on the following Friday which is today and sure enough it came complete this time! They also sent UPS truck earlier in the week to pick up the broken box. So all in all I must say I'm very pleased.

Taylor Hennessy was very helpful and found the part we needed and I a very timely manner. She told us exactly where to look for the needed serial #. Very happy with the service.

I had a wind incident that destroyed the idler arm on my awning. Numerous attempts to get one thru RV repair places didn't work as they told me I would have to buy the whole set. Just for fun I contacted CareFree and not only did they actually respond they contacted my RV manufacturer on my behalf to determine what arm I needed. I was impressed by their timeliness and willingness to truly help me out. And I was able to get what I needed not what some RV place wanted to sell me. Well done and thank you.

I sent an email with a question. Got a reply the next morning with a link to ordering the proper item. Placed the order and the item arrived within two days.

Shipped fast but unfortunately ups delivered to the wrong address so they sent out another part with tracking info again.
