Dear ruutlabs, thank you so much for your response to my inquiry. I would be very happy to update my review after reimbursement (2 stars to 5 stars). I am sad to say that it is rare anymore that companies provide good customer service... so when I receive exceptional customer service, I shout it out. I am thankful for your exceptional customer service. Would I take another course from ruutlabs? Absolutely! This is the problem ruutlabs resolved quickly for me ... I paid $39.99 to take a 12-week HRV training course. I completed the course and then found Ruutlabs had charged my card $89.99 for another 12-week access to their programs. I did not knowingly sign up for an ongoing subscription. I had the impression that it was a one-time access payment. I have requested a refund.

They were able to resolve my access issue. It took much longer than I'd hoped, but they accounted for this by extending my plan to account for the time when I couldn't access. Ideally, it wouldn't have taken so long, but I appreciate the effort to account for that.

Really helpful customer services. Offered a full refund because I forgot to cancel my free trial. It is a really good app but I top of weekly PT’s and gym membership I couldn’t really justify the money
