Good information at a little over $1/day but now that I'm in the system Ruut Labs' Facebook and Instagram marketing is way more than it actually is. I got through 63 days (9 weeks) and the program will no longer proceed so I will write back when the technical department resolves my issue. I hope to come back and update to about 4 stars because it is good information, but it's entirely up to you to implement and improve your HRV. The program doesn't do it for you, just give you day at a time tips and advice. Full program is 14 weeks or 98 days. 12/4/25 - lowered to 1 star. I don't think information in the program exists beyond 63 days (9 weeks). I paid for 12 weeks at a minimum and have requested a refund and not gotten it. I originally wrote the review and emailed customer service back in October and no resolution. Updating because they replied to my original review hoping for more stars... nope.
