runwayml.comReviews of runwayml.com

This is the biggest waste of money I made. I have absolutely no idea why half of my prompts aren't accepted. It is completely worthless and unusable. To be fair, I guess if you only want to direct cartoon dogs, it is fantastic. Just make sure the dog is wearing clothes, otherwise it will probably be rejected. Completely useless, go with someone else, learn from my mistake.

The worst experience ever. Loved Marked but and went frequently. But this runway06 is a while different animal. Hated it. Literally hated it. The manager has no customer service. Went for a celebration and it was RUINED. The more we asked them to.turn the music down the louder it got. You could not hold a conversation. Perfect way to burn $400.00. The place used to be full all rooms. Now the bacl.room is a clock closet. Shows how far downhill it has gone. Not a happy customer

They should improve the quality of Ai so it looks real

Canceled account , they kept changing me. Noticed they charged me twice evey month for service , contacted them they said there was two emails associated with my account . Long story short even after all that they charged me 3 times ($150) for a service I canceled months ago , never used. Never will use . Return my money. They can't be trusted, not an ethical business. Thanks

It's totally fraud, stay safe from then.My monthly 35$ payment has been deducted from my bank account after i have cancelled the plan. Please Refund My my payment and cancel my plan. I don't want to continue this shit.

I was billed twice in one month when I emailed a inquiry the email returned and said sorry your leaving. I emailed back and said I don't want to leave I just want a explanation for the double billing. then the sight stopped working, I could see all my info at the site + my billing info which didn't reflect my double billing. My bank showed they billed me on the 5th of oct and the 15th its been two weeks I'm done. They emailed me today to say my next payment will be taken on nov 5. Im going to tell my bank to block.

Using runaway same intruction and prompt for making image. And loose all Credits. Never using this again. Got 7 videoes, and cost me 2 dollar for each.

Please be careful when providing bank card details. Runway is trying to charge money for subscription even if it is canceled. In the Instagram account and emails to the official email of the customer service, they do not respond.
