Generated x2 videos that got stuck at 0%, That's 890 credits worth... Canceling would NOT refund me credits unless the video's actually errored which they never did. The AI Assistant was hardcoded to fixed responses repeating the same BS, and getting to HUMAN SUPPORT WAS IMPOSSIBLE. The product was also a complete mess: Runway Agent consuming 600 credits with no clarity on that before generation, apps, different gen models, a literal mess.

Absolute garbage. No way to contact the company. When it generates garbage that does not reference your feedback, you still pay. They throttle you back frequently. Do not bother with this slop!!!

DON'T WASTE MONEY AND TIME HERE, it's a literal scam. The results are definitely disappointing, as it glitches and barely understands the prompt. It does absolutely nothing from what I instruct it to do, and constantly gives errors. When I asked for support, I only got an AI bot telling me it couldn't help and also couldn't transfer me to a real agent. It's basically stolen money.

I purchased a Pro subscription for £32.03 ($42.88) expecting a functional creative tool. Instead, Runway AI utilizes aggressive "dark patterns" to completely drain your credits with zero pricing transparency. The system burned through 2,000 credits in just 10 minutes, leaving me with only several videos. Every single output was completely distorted, glitched, and entirely unusable. This company is driven by pure greed and behaves like petty scammers. When I filed a bank chargeback, they aggressively fought it using automated server logs, completely ignoring the fact that their product delivered absolute garbage quality. For me, this is no longer about the money; it is strictly about justice. Do not trust Runway AI. They are misleading consumers and taking money for a broken product. Avoid them at all costs!

I do not recommend Runway ML. The company removed its previous $97/month Unlimited plan and replaced it with a credit-based system. The platform frequently generates incorrect results even when prompts are clear and detailed, while still consuming credits for failed generations. Video generation is often slow, and achieving a usable result can require multiple attempts, resulting in wasted credits and additional costs. In my opinion, the current system offers poor value for money, and I will no longer be using this service.

Account suspended without explanation. Support silent. Money taken, service not provided. My account was suspended without any prior warning or explanation. No email, no reason given — just suddenly locked out. As far as I can tell, the only possible reason is that I was generating too many videos in the Unlimited plan — which, by definition, is supposed to be unlimited. Runway sells you an "Unlimited" subscription, and then bans you for actually using it. This is nothing short of false advertising. To make it worse, I also paid for Team seats that were never properly activated or connected. Runway took the money and delivered nothing. This is not how a legitimate business operates. Paying customers deserve at minimum: A reason for account suspension Access to content they created A refund for services that were paid for but never delivered I have seen dozens of other users reporting the exact same experience. It appears this is not an isolated incident but a systemic pattern of taking payments and banning active users without cause. Runway, you owe me an explanation and a refund.

I would leave -10 stars if I could. There is literally no support here at all. I just signed up and the tool doesn't do what I want at all; badly recommended by chatgpt. I tried to reach out to support to get a refund. I was on the site less than an hour trying to create the video I need. Well, lo and behold, there is no support. At all. Just FAQs. I wish I'd come here first, because clearly, I'm not the first one to have problems with them. Stay away. There are more ethical companies out there.
