I like my first door so much I bought a 2nd one for my other coop. I contacted the company to inform them that I was not pleased that the newer version of this door does not have a physical button. They informed me that the they no longer make a door with the physical button as everything is controlled via your phone. Their customer service department went the extra mile to make things right. They tried to find me a door with the button. They tried very hard to find me the first version of the door with the button. Since that version is no longer in production, they offered me a refund to make things right. This is what I call "above and beyond". This company will treat you right and their products are great. I highly recommend Run-Chicken for all your poultry doors, feeders, etc. They are a great company.

I have had good luck with my previous two T 50s. The T 80 has to be programmed with Bluetooth. I wasn`t really thrilled about that. Factory default is supposed to open, and close at sunrise, and sunset. Mine would only open until Bluetooth enabled.

Product does not work on timer no responses from multiple emails

Shipping to me was fast. The product itself is perfect for our needs. Works excellent, we have two of these doors now. Very happy with these products. They’re extremely convenient.

It would’ve been nice to have a manual override button or switch on the device itself. It glitched one or two times when it was in need of an update; but has been working flawlessly over the past month.
