Order was entirely mishandled
One of the items I ordered was out of stock (nowhere on their site does it indicate that, and you could still place an order for that product even after they told me that). They contacted me and it worked out that they would ship the other two I ordered and give a refund. I ended up only ever getting one of the products I ordered. I didn't even care to reach out about the one I paid for and didn't receive. Just done with it all and won't order again.

Ordered T80 but got another model
Thought I ordered the T80 in hopes of more power than T50 but received the solar Eternal. Have owned 2 previous T50 models but battery power became a problem with monthly changing. New Eternal door is not in sun and it’s struggling with the WiFi. I liked the T50 with the manual button if it becomes more reliable.

Love the options to open and close
Love the options to open and close. Having a little trouble with one of the doors. It worked great for a day then it struggles to go down and stay down the first try. I have updated software. I will take front off today to see if there is anything inside. Super easy to install and set up. Bill

Run-chicken - no returns allowed
Run-chicken products are fine and functional. But that's not uncommon. What is more important is if you ever need to return anything, good luck. They have a list of policies that are clearly designed to protect them from all their unscrupulous customers. I spent enough time trying to return an unopened door that I just gave up. For $100 my time is way more valuable. I suggest at the very least, purchase through Amazon who will take returns easily. Even better, find a company that is customer-centric and doesnt create barriers to a very simple ask. Their customer service is friendly but absolutely useless. I teach customer centric strategy in corporate America and now I have yet another example of what it is NOT. At least I got something for my $100.

Fantastic Customer Service
I was sent a door that showed up as a feeder in the app. They reached out to me and replaced the door for me! I’m so glad they did so I didn’t end up with problems in the future.
