We recently bought and installed a door to help keep our chickens safe. We had something get into our coop (it's fenced off and pretty well protected but something still got in) and we've been quite desperate to do what we can do to kepe them safe. We installed this door and it's been doing a great job of keeping the chickens extra safe overnight. Customer services was amazing at getting back to us when we had an issue that turned out to be an installation error on my part. Highly recomend this product!

A fantastic company to deal with! I fell for a scam imitation product by mistake. The support team were brilliant in still providing kind and considered service. Now I have the real Authentic Chicken Run and it’s awesome! Double check what your search engine lists and make sure you buy this brand!!!

I did not get what I ordered and tried for over a week to get it exchanged but was unable to and they wanted me to pay to ship it and ship the right one back to me. I ordered the one with no Bluetooth but was sent that instead of the one I ordered. All run chicken wanted to do you was to email back and forth instructions on how to program it and set it up which was what I was trying to avoid. That was the whole purpose of ordering the one without Bluetooth. If I hadn't gotten the one that I ordered it would have been no problem. I have two other t-50s which work wonderful and I do love their product. But I expected to get what I ordered and I did not get it. They've got a wonderful product but there communication and customer support sucks.

We have had chickens for 13 years and finally got an automatic door. We chose Run-chicken after doing research on other doors. It is reasonably priced and seems to be working great

NJ Bresse farms I ordered 6 of these for all of my bigger coops. I also put on the chicken tractors so they can roam the pasture. I highly recommend the doors and automatic feeders I bought 4 feeders and gonna get 4 more. I wish they made lager feeder
