We weren't happy with the new and improved configuration of the run-chicken doors. I reached out to customer service about returning the doors, but they did one better. They were able to send us a replacement drive for the doors that had the button we needed in order for the doors to work for our farm. Customer service was absolutely wonderful! They were very thorough and checked in to make sure the drive replacements worked properly once they arrived. We were very happy with our experience with their customer service! They really seem to care about their customer satisfaction!

The order came quick and was packaged very well.

1st time having an automatic chicken 🐔 door. I luv ❤️ the app controls, anytime I need to change the opening or closing times I can access it via the app. My next investment will be the giant doors for my roosters. 🐓

Easy to install but after a week it started stopping st the halfway mark. The tech support answer was to go the settings and disable the safety stop. While that did fix the issue I would prefer it to work as purchased and not have to remove the option of the safety stop.

This is my second automatic door from Run-Chicken. The first one lasted a couple years before the motor pooped out, and I feel it should have lasted longer for the price of the item, but here we are. This new door is malfunctioning (rebounds for no reason upon closing and thus won't close). I contacted customer service about the issue, stating everything I have done to troubleshoot to determine it is indeed a malfunction and not user error, and I still have not received a response. Having a working door for my coop to keep my chickens safe at night is very important to me as I often have to be away from home for overnight gigs. For paying what I have paid for this product, this is unacceptable.

I am so glad I bought this door. At first I had difficulty installing it but it was all on my end. I am so excited to leave town for a few days knowing my chickens have easily learned to use it and it’s timed perfectly for my use. Thanks for all the support. You quickly emailed me back on my questions. 😊

The product is good, but hoping to get some parts to make sure my first one can continue to be used.

I LOVE my Run Chicken automatic door. It's been in use a few weeks and I'm still tweaking times a little because my naughty adolescents sometimes try to stay up late, but it works flawlessly. I love that I can program it with my phone and control it remotely with the bluetooth. I was able to modify my Nestera Wagon coop to install it. I do kind of wish there was a manual button in case a chicken-sitter needed it while I'm away, but hopefully there will be no need.
