Great range. Quick delivery to Australia

We purchased this in mid September and it has never functioned as advertised. Customer service has dragged their feet and refuses to replace the door and has gone back and forth with additional requests for a month or more. Worst Customer service experience in a long time. As a quality engineer it feels like if they just make this as painful as possible we will go away.

I love the new turkey door, the only feature I miss is the solar panel and the optional button at the bottom to manually lift.

This company provides a "giant" door for our geese. The programming automated options are perfect for us. When we had questions about an issue - they answered and corrected the problem immediately! So refreshing to have a customer service department stand behind their product, and does so quickly!

Works great and easy setup

Got this for an automated coop project, in Romania. Short version, I am a happy user. I am already thinking of getting another "Eternal BT" version to use it on a second part of the coop. Before getting it I did some research (a huge amount, 24 hours of research probably) and all I could find on the market were Chinese no name devices that are half the price but no warranty, no support, no reviews. Then unexpectedly I found another competitor, "Omelette" chicken coop door. I was almost about to order it when I found this producer and model that I liked more due to GPS based closing, metal frame and door. So I ordered this. It got to me in the normal expected delivery timeframe (a few days). It wasn't overnight but it also wasn't weeks. I mount it, updated the firmware, changed the settings and since then it just works. I played with the opening time recently when the daylight saving time changed local time. But other than that I kind of forgot it is there.
