A variety of therapists in all area of Mental Health. You could very well get an appointment on the same day. Punctual, curtious and professional.

I was nervous about telehealth. But it was very easy to access with Rula. The log in and meeting interface is simple to use and understand. Scheduling is easy and they have a lot of options, like weekends and after hours. Plus I really like the therapist I am working with. There were options so I got to find someone that I enjoy working with.

The experience is understanding my feelings and coaching and routing me to continue on.

I am a Kaiser employee and they only provide appointment during regular business hours. I'm sure many of us don't have the flexibility to step away from our jobs one hour each week. I'm so glad they partnered with RULA to provide ease of care, consistency. I am very blessed to have found a phenomenal provider, ALEKSANDER MARIC! He provides insight, support, guidance, a safe vulnerable environment to reflect, learn and grow. We always end with strategies and goals to work on through the week, it's tangible! It cultivates repair and movement forward. We have been able to do so much work in a short time frame. I feel the shift within myself and my children and extended family has noticed, also. Thank you, Rula team, for providing the framework of supportive care and Alex for deep compassion, guidance and empowering growth.

Rula is extremely easy to use and you are in complete control from the start. You choose who you are comfortable with speaking to and when your appointments are. So far I am very pleased with my experience.
