I love the interaction I have with providers and how seamless Rula is with the zoom meeting reminders. Rula is very clear about no shows, lateness and other stuff that goes over my brain. Billing is a total nightmare. They have over charged my card $1000's and don't allow you to remove a payment option, so it just keeps getting charged. I can't get anyone to respond to me. I have stopped therapy and wasted hours trying to fix the billing issue. DO NOT USE RULA!!!
