What went wrong with my last session is the same thing that always goes wrong with any session. I make statements and the therapist gives me the silent treatment, and I end up assuming that he's agreeing with me that my situation is hopeless and I am better off dying by lethal injection.

I have had several instances where duplicate invoices are sent to my insurance. My insurance is good about spotting them, but recently I was charged for a session that my insurance paid for because of this. I hope Rula has good intentions and these are mistakes. I am still waiting on my refund after talking with their customer service person.

Why am I being charged $100 for a missed appointment when a normal appointment costs $20 with my insurance?!?!

My therapist is awesome. she really does a great job of listening, teaching, keeping me accoutnable and following up.

The therapist I got was horrible. I have never seen such an incompetent specialist.I was diagnosed with depression,so my doctor sent me to Rula to work with psychologist.First thing that I want emphasize that my therapist was always late for 15-20 minutes for the video session,and she always ended our meeting 20 minutes earlier.She was canceling and postponing our meetings last minute 2 times(of 4 sessions)On the first session after 10 minutes talk to me, she said that I have bipolar disorder. (which caused me more anxiety, which aggravated my depressive state).Without additional exam or test, she just throw at me -“Oh you have a bipolar disorder that’s why you depressed”.Next session she said that it’s my husband who cause me depression.Which is so unprofessional to blame others in our problems and mood conditions.On one of the sessions she was chewing sandwich and the same time talked to me.I didn’t feel any connection with her so I had to cancel after 4th meeting.The only tips she gave me how to overcome anxiety it’s cover my mouth with a sheet and breath though it.It was the worst experience with the therapist in my life .I waste 4 weeks ,didn’t receive any help which I really needed.I have no idea how she got her license,but this unprofessionalism can cause people problems in family.

There were some issues originally in the beginning getting it to work for me. But, things are much better now. I really like it now.
