Rula needs to fix some things
My therapist is wonderful! However, logging in to our video session has become tedious since Rula took over. I have to jump through multiple hoops before I enter our session. It plays a tutorial video every single time which delays my sessions. When I ente my session, my video and mic are no longer automatically on, I have to manually change them. This was not the case prior to Rula taking over.
