Rula provides counseling services with top notch therapists. Therapists are highly educated and certified to utilize new advanced techniques on mental and emotional traumas. I personally have advanced in my quest to heal from child trauma by using EMDR. I have many tools available to navigate my journey in self awareness. My life and future are more positive and fruitful since having counseling sessions to unload unnecessary emotional baggage. Thank you Rula for providing this safe platform to aid in the healing process.

Having the choice of clinician I wanted to work with then getting started was so easy! I was able to set the search filter for the qualities and qualifications I wanted in a clinician. To my surprise there were several clinicians to chose from. My clinicians clearly know what they are doing and do it well. I'm confident in their experience and expertise. It's been 4 months and I'm making the progress I want. Also, Rula's customer service is helpful, fast, and they follow-up to make sure it's resolved. I had trouble with the portal and they gave me several options to get help to figure it out. I was impressed by how responsive they were. I never felt like I was given the run around. Then when my pharmacy gave me issues with a prescription, Rula handled it for me. It was resolved the same day and it was such a relief to not have to add that to my plate.

Forcing patients to place a cc on file doesn’t sit well with me, especially they often add up charges and take a big chunk all at once without warnings.
