My therapist is truly helping me heal from the most traumatic experience of my life. I have come a long way since I've started my sessions. My therapist is the only person that I can truly talk to with no reservations, and without the fear of being judged.

This review is specifically for Dr. Marva Calder. Never in my 30 years of living have I experienced such a negative experience from a healthcare provider. From the first moment I encountered her, she had an extremely rude tone with me. As I was trying to log in to my first meeting with her, she calls me and says with a piercing tone in her voice, that she’s been waiting on me to join. I told her I was in the process of signing in that very moment. (I was not late to the appointment) She was upset because I corrected her by telling her that I go by my middle name. She told me that I needed to put my preferred name in my patient form. I did, so she must not have even looked. When our zoom call began, she was yelling at me saying “I CANT SEE YOU. I CANT SEE YOU” I told her immediately that she needed to stop being so rude to me. She did not. I told her she should be ashamed of the way she is speaking to someone seeking mental health treatment. She asked me how I would like to move forward and I told her that I would not like to speak with her. She hung up on me. Marva, YOU are supposed to be the professional. YOU are supposed to uphold respect and care for your patients, ESPECIALLY when it’s regarding mental health. The lack of professionalism from this lady is astonishing and I’m in disbelief of my experience with her.

I'm always concerned about trying new apps, but I was surprised at how quickly rula got the ball rolling. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to find a therapist. They are really great about working with my insurance company as well, which has been huge.

The therapist I deal with is just outstanding she's kind she listens she gives advice when needed.
