My therapist is fantastic! I have a true connection with her. I always feel heard, validated and challenged. I feel she genuinely cares and I look forward to our sessions.

She listens and helps me dicipher the meaning of my actions in relation to my past. I truly feel like i am heard. She helped me get thru my trauma and walked me thru my relationship issues. She showed me the person I am today is strong and how I want to be in the future for family, kids and friends. She has provided me with exercise to do between our sessions to better understand communication with my family. I am grateful to her and looking forward to feeling my best normal.

My therapist actually listens to me and she's very intuitive. She doesn't sugar coat anything but, tells me what I need to hear and not what I want to hear. She's also very encouraging.
