My therapist is amazing!

while the therapist helps, the platform keeps changing and adding additional clicks and apps to open to have the meeting with your dr. The main issue this receives low stars is because the billing system for RULA is a nightmare. i had to remove my card from receiving random charges, i had to investigate and see that those charges were already paid/duplicated/ not on the right dates/ cancelled dates. it takes forever to find someone to speak with to get this fixed. my current random charges are of 2023 appeared....8 months later after i had new insurance and now im confused as to why i am being billed for 2023, and now having to do all the investigation myself as i receive little to no help. communication is directly through email. no direct phone number to call for customer assistance. has been a nightmare but at least my card is no longer on file and i have to accept the slow process where i can keep eye on the finances without blindly trusting their billing system

Finding a good therapist of the bat was one good point, Lots of choices to consider. I am new to therapy and it is a trial when you realize you and your therapist are both growing from our interactions, there is a learning there, empathy and encouragement to really explore and question that lead to finding ground and as you put the effort in the direction and momentum to keep going.

When joining meetings with my Therapist, my name on zoom is automatically set at my legal name, which is not preferred. It's the first thing I see when I enter the room and it is counterproductive to my therapeutic work. It is not trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, or gender affirming. It would be best if we had our preferred names from our charts set as our names on Zoom.

I love my therapist. Convenient appt times. Affordable and effortless.

Had to cancel an appointment because my mom got into a car accident. Was charged $100 fee. Called to dispute. They said they'd reverse the charge. It's been over a month and it's still hasn't been reversed.

She's selfless, compassionate, understanding, and incredibly down to earth. Our therapy sessions have made an exponential difference, and she has empowered me to make lasting, positive changes.

I was in need of getting into therapy as quickly as possible and it was an absolute seamless experience. From finding someone I liked via profiles, to scheduling and being able to get in right away, it was a completely stress free experience.
