The two main reasons I'm very satisfied with Rula so far are: 1. Your website and interfaces were truly seamless. It was so nice not to have to enter in a lot of insurance information, and to have a pleasant, effective search experience for my provider. 2. The provider I found has been a major help to me over the last three months. It is great to see Rula working with practitioners of this caliber.

Rula is highly unprofessional. Their customer service is a joke, and they are rude and unhelpful. Customer service canceled my session at the last minute and charged my card without authorization. I sent multiple emails and called, resulting in them hanging up on me mid-sentence. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Consumer Affairs. They fraudulently charged my card.

I called for further information about a charge he wasn't able to find . Assumed it was insurance related after I mentioned and he ran with it. So that's why.

Charge: The portal is fine, I was just 23 hours out of having to re-schedule and was charged. Wish there was just a tad more flexibility. Don't have 100% control of my work schedule so that is frustrating.

I had the best therapist but had to cancel with him, Rula did not communicate with me early about bill high bill, they told me too late, expected me to pay the whole amount. I didn’t not have the money
