While I had some difficulty getting the right information and my issues resolved within the first call (it took about 5 calls to resolve), my issue was eventually fixed. I preferred PATH, but Rula is doing a good job as well. It is hard to speak to offshore individuals who's first language is not English

Signing up for Rula and getting that first appointment was quick and easy. RULA has excellent skilled therapist. The one thing to be aware of is they tend to leave and go elsewhere. I followed my last therapist to 3 separate agencies until she finally quit. I am pleased with Monica Smith, her wisdom, knowledge in the field and helping me figure it all out.
