Rula is incredibly easy to use and I have never had any problems connecting with my therapist. I am very happy with this provider.

This app was very easy to use and I had many counselors to choose from. I got to pick a time for an appointment and then it auto saved following weekly appointments so I didn’t have to stress about follow up care. It was so easy. I got to talk with a counselor two days after I signed up!

Rich is a good listener and compassionate that shows lots of both natural and spiritual wisdom, That I like and need.

My doctor was very straightforward and when I would run off of task, he would bring me back when I had difficulty signing on. He was patient even though he said we’ll talk again a week from now I I told him I’d be out of town and he said call back later on that day so he was really great, so thank you.

When I was looking for a therapist on my insurance's website, this was the only number I called where I spoke to a live person who immediately connected me to a therapist. He asked about my needs, then gave me several choices to pick from. At the end of the phone call, I had an appointment set up within a week.

Good selection of Care. Each provider I have interacted with has been really great. The profiles on Rula make choosing someone for care a process that allows you to find someone that fits you. I do wish it provided a way to filter based on multiple specialties, but I was able to choose well based on the profiles.

My former therapist lied about me stating I had multiple no shows and requested to have me reassigned to a new therapist after we had been meeting for about 2 months. All I had done was reschedule my appointments due to conflicts in my schedule with work. When I informed Rula and filed a complaint, nothing was done other than continuously offering me a new therapist. I was given no follow up information as to how the situation was handled I had to reach out for an update, just to be asked once again if I wanted to reschedule with a new therapist. Lots of unprofessionalism at hand with this company and I won’t be returning as a client.
