I have been using Rula therapy for quite some time now, and I absolutely love the ease and convenience of their portal system. I feel strongly confident that their sign-in system, while sometimes seeming tedious, also protects unauthorized users from gaining access to my health records in this way. As for the therapist selection and scheduling, I have found it to be very easy and intuitive. I also feel that the providers usually have space for reoccurring appointments at the same day and time, which is very important to me. The only downside I have is that I have twin children (with the same birthdate, obviously) and Rula has combined their files into one, resulting in a sizable mess for their customer support team to sort out and get each child their own account. I would prefer it if I could have all accounts under my parent account at one email address, instead of having to set up or use multiple email accounts for my children's accounts on Rula. The customer support team has been working on my issue for some time now, and I can't help but wonder what's taking so long, but am grateful they have been communicative so far. She made me feel comfortable and look forward to my further appointments a personality and seems very professional and knows what she's talking about I would recommend her for anybody.

She didn't show up after 20 minutes of waiting I was at work. So I couldn't keep waiting for her. I sent her an message and I haven't heard back about rescheduling.

Glitch in app did not upload my ID, and customer support did an awesome job. They were prompt with their response and notified me when it was resolved. I was able to meet my new therapist the very next day covered under my insurance.

I don't like how I have to go through so many steps to get ahold of and schedule visits with my Psychologist who prescribes medication. There should be a direct line of contact. I also don't like the billing process. There should be a cap on how much can be billed per month I.e. $125.00 due to any appointment a week and maybe a psych video visit. It causes undue hardships when billing is held up. This has created 2 major problems for me this year. As I'm already dealing with anxiety and depression it only exacerbates my condition. My bank now thinks you are a fraud account and put a hold on my account and closed my previous debit card. Also billing information is not clearly itemized and is hard to decipher and find on the Rula site.

Connecting with someone has been easy. Talking over the phone at first is uncomfortable but gets easier.

Finding a therapist was very easy. The variety of providers is great. I’ve had positive experiences all the way around.
