Rula makes matching up with mental health care so convenient and takes out the intimidation factor. I love the way that the information about each provider is presented and it is easy to search for someone who matched multiple needs. I have tried to navigate finding my son a provider for months by researching and contacting people myself, which was a disaster of missed communications, old information, or not accepting patients. And if the provider wasn't a good fit, it was starting over from square one. Rula vetted my insurance and made sure that the providers listed accepted my insurance, were available for new patients, and gave me the ability to contact them and/or schedule directly through the website without any extra steps. From the time I registered on Rula to the time my son had his first appointment was less than 1 week (and could have been much sooner). My son, who was a little skeptical at first, looks forward to the sessions and connects really well with the provider we found.

Easy to book an appointment I was able to make direct contact With the therapist. The technology worked seamlessly and experienced thus far has been great.
