Monique is a great therapist! Have had two sessions.

My Therapist is beyond amazing, she’s patient, kind, and really helps me qith all my issues.

I feel myself , without being judge . I feel so great .

I like my therapist’s approach, both gentle and direct. It’s refreshing to see she looks for new ideas to tailor to my needs. I feel comfortable and like I can be vulnerable with no judgement.

It took me a very long time to seek mental health support because I assumed it was out of reach financially and time consuming. I have been in talk therapy now for 2 years and just consulted with a psychiatrist to figure out my medication needs and figure out an adhd diagnosis. So needless to say Rula / Path has really changed my life.

Heather has been great! She is friendly, patient and grata with my son. Every time she has an appointment with Heather, he is always in a better mood after.

Anthony is always the best to talk to. He gives thought into issues and makes it clear what needs to be done.
