I struggled to be able to find a therapist that actually lined up with my needs and schedule. My insurance somehow directed me to Rula. I was finally able to search by therapists that were actually accepting new clients and their availablity. The filter by appointment was the best thing I had seen for a search function.

I had my first session with Matthew South, and it went exceptionally well. From the moment we started, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He took the time to listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions, which helped me open up and share things I might not have been able to express otherwise. His approach was empathetic, professional, and non-judgmental, which really helped me feel supported. I left the session feeling more clear-headed and hopeful about the journey ahead. I'm looking forward to continuing our work together. Highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for a therapist who genuinely cares about their well-being!
