These people try to charge you full price even though the provider is in network with the insurance company. Highly recommend against using them as they try to make you pay more than you should! Run away from this company fast and do not look back! Absolutely horrible customer service.

System is very easy to use. Therapist is excellent.

To start- Rula allows clients to sort providers using a number of filters, including specialties and methods of therapy. Each providers’ profile also describes in detail what their therapy practice is like with clients. Everything from how your initial visit will go, their experience helping clients, methods they frequently use with clients and their photo. One therapist in particular stood out to me, in their photo I could see their kindness and compassion then, while reading their profile, I felt like their description, wording and warmth was a tailored invitation to support me and help me work towards being the person I want to be.

My therapist is a good listener. She and I come from similar cultural backgrounds. Email appointment reminders are helpful. Tula uses Zoom as their online appointment platform, so it’s easy and familiar to use on any device.
