Website is user friendly and therapist responds quickly

it’s silly that i can’t go in a schedule another appointment with my therapist without it being categorized as an intake appointment. the number of unnecessary emails i get is also insane. i don’t need three reminders, one is enough. the number of emails is honestly my biggest complaint. but my experience with my therapist has been great so far.

I wish I could give them negative rating. They claim to treat people for anxiety but their customer service is so pathetic that it adds to the patient’s anxiety. I have been trying to get my records sent to my DR and it’s been almost a week of trying to contact them without any response. I need these reports urgently so that my DR can prescribe medicines. This is pathetic.

Have had a great experience with this service for therapy. The support has been good, and the providers have been wonderful. The system works pretty well, and while I probably would've preferred in-person, this has led me to work with people I never could have otherwise.

Excellent therapist who listen well and has advised me in the right direction towards my goals

Finding a therapist can be daunting, especially for someone who hasn’t ever taken such a critical step in their life. However, once I got connected to Rula, it was so easy and very efficient. I really appreciate that I was able to look through therapist and pick on my own. I would recommend this platform to anybody looking for therapy.
